BWB-IMAGES partners with KC Event Photos - together they provide total photographic coverage of events - tailored to the client's needs- from backroom, support staff shots to the bright lights of the program stars. Total service options - on site prints, web presentation of proofs and ordering, photo montage presentations via large screen projection systems with background music and voice-over for end of event dinners and/or awards ceremonies. We can also provide event participants with copies of the program on CD or DVD. Individual photographs or packages can be provided as well at various levels of enlargement. These can be provided to participants as an included part of event registration or they can be options for participants to handle on their own. KC Event Photos photographers tailor the presentation to fit the dynamics of the event and the desires of the client. We work hand in hand with the event director each step of the way. As you can imagine - projects of this sort require intense planning and attention to hundreds of details. The larger the event and the more that the client wants, the more that is involved with preplanning to be sure we provide exactly what is needed.
